Discover the social history of Greenough set up in the spacious rooms in the the former Maley Homestead. The house was built between 1862-80 for miller and entrepreneur, John (King of the Flats) Maley and his wife Elizabeth. Wander through Elizabeth's Garden and the Community Veggie Garden to see what could be Australia's oldest leaning river gum. With its interactive and changing displays, this museum is full of surprises.
The museum is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday between 8.30 am and 3.00 pm. Entry fees of $9.00 adults, $7.00 concessions and accompanied children free.
